Via Krupp, the panoramic pathway which zig-zags its way down the rockface between the Gardens of Augustus and Marina Piccola, is less than 10 minutes from the hotel.
There are a number of beach clubs in the bay, all with unforgettable views of the Faraglioni.
When it's time to return, if you'd rather not walk back up the Via Krupp, you can always take a bus or taxi back to the center of Capri instead.
1,8 km Punta Tragara, the viewing terrace facing the Faraglioni, is a pleasant 15 minute stroll away from Hotel Gatto Bianco.
From here, a little path winds its way down through the Mediterranean scrub to the beach at the feet of the Faraglioni.
There are two beach clubs in the shadow of Capri's sea stacks: Da Luigi and La Fontelina. Idyllic places where to spend an unforgettable day by the sea, both have excellent restaurants too.
Don't worry about having to make the uphill journey home: both beach clubs offer a shuttle boat service, accompanying customers to the nearby beach of Marina Piccola. From here, you can take a taxi or bus back to the hotel.
